Paradigm ESOP has participated in international conferences on ESOP in the USA and network with some of the leading ESOP Consultants around the world.
All has been in professional consulting practice having aggregate experience of more than 70 years having dealt with a wide range of practice areas covering Business Strategy, Transaction structuring and advisory services on corporate and securities laws, corporate and International taxation, etc.
They have done extensive research on employee ownership plans in the United States of America and India, participated in international ESOP seminars and networked with ESOP professionals around the world. The Directors of Parading ESOP have been regular speakers at various professional and industry forums on ESOPs and related subjects, contributed many articles on ESOPs and also authored the only comprehensive book on ESOPs in India 'ESOPs - a New Paradigm' published by the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. The Directors of Paradigm ESOP combine amongst them, additional qualifications of degrees in Law and Company Secretary.
